Nicole Speed is the Owner/Founder and Head Instructor of Zen Dragon Martial Arts.

 

Nicole has practiced martial arts for 10 years and has been instructing for 8. Nicole is a 3rd Dan in Mikio Surai Martial Arts. Nicole has trained in various martial art styles including BJJ, Karate, Judo, and Kempo karate.Nicole is the mother of one son (Kennedy). She is an active volunteer at his school and works as a Technical Analyst during the day.
